Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was more like a motel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was slow and not very welcoming or communicative. The location was iffy, and I wouldn't feel safe going outside. The dining was minimal, and I was only offered a muffin. Despite being cheap, the hotel provided a free glass of champagne, popcorn, and breakfast. The facilities were lacking compared to other places I visited before.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient for early flights and the on-demand shuttle was helpful, the room I stayed in felt cramped and unclean with bunk beds, showers without doors, and bed bugs. The staff gave some good advice on safety but seemed indifferent towards guest concerns.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with free WiFi and a friendly environment, surrounded by plenty of stores in the neighborhood. However, there were issues with insects in the rooms, a terrible smell, and the lack of lockers for personal use, making security a concern.
The shared room had a terrible smell with no lockers available inside, only in the main area. The cleanliness was lacking, and there were issues with pests like cockroaches, spiders, and ants. The service was slow and not very friendly. The location raised safety concerns but was convenient for visiting L and getting to Hollywood. Despite some free treats, dining was slow and disappointing. Overall, the facilities were lacking.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean but need more maintenance, and the mold on the furniture and ceiling was a bit concerning. The service was lacking in friendliness and customer care, which was disappointing. The location was not ideal, far from major attractions and possibly unsafe at night. On the bright side, the dining options, while limited, were decent, and the facilities were adequate.
